Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup quick cook oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Maple syrup for topping

Utensils:

  • A bowl
  • A fork
  • Measuring tools
  • A pan

Preparation:

  1. Using a fork mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl and mix in the eggs and vanilla until well combined
  2. Add the oat and cinnamon to the bowl and continue to mix until well combined
  3. Heat the pan on medium/low heat and add non stick cooking spray then add a ¼ scoop of the batter to the pan and spread out to form an even layer
  4. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until you see bubbles on the top of the batter then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter
  5. Top your pancakes with more banana slices and maple syrup and enjoy!
