Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup quick cook oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Maple syrup for topping
Utensils:
- A bowl
- A fork
- Measuring tools
- A pan
Preparation:
- Using a fork mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl and mix in the eggs and vanilla until well combined
- Add the oat and cinnamon to the bowl and continue to mix until well combined
- Heat the pan on medium/low heat and add non stick cooking spray then add a ¼ scoop of the batter to the pan and spread out to form an even layer
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until you see bubbles on the top of the batter then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter
- Top your pancakes with more banana slices and maple syrup and enjoy!
