Ingredients:

  • One Banana sliced
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • One Flour tortilla (or tortilla of choice)
  • Optional: honey and cinnamon for garnishing

Utensils:

  • Knife
  • Stove
  • Pan
  • Spatula

Preparation:

  1. Place pan on the stove over medium heat
  2. Place your flour tortilla on a plate and use your knife to cut from the middle to the edge of the tortilla. This will allow you to fold the tortilla into fourths.
  3. On the first 1/4th section of your tortilla place half of the sliced banana
  4. On the second 1/4th section of your tortilla spread half of the peanut butter using your knife
  5. One the third 1/4th section of your tortilla place the second half of the banana
  6. One the fourth 1/4th section of your tortilla spread the remaining peanut butter
  7. Fold each section of your tortilla over the next section and place it on the heated pan
  8. After 1-2 minutes on the pan use your spatula to flip the wrap and allow it to cook for another 1-2 minutes then remove from the pan and enjoy!
  9. Optional: drizzle the tortilla with honey and or cinnamon before folding
