Ingredients:
- One Banana sliced
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- One Flour tortilla (or tortilla of choice)
- Optional: honey and cinnamon for garnishing
Utensils:
- Knife
- Stove
- Pan
- Spatula
Preparation:
- Place pan on the stove over medium heat
- Place your flour tortilla on a plate and use your knife to cut from the middle to the edge of the tortilla. This will allow you to fold the tortilla into fourths.
- On the first 1/4th section of your tortilla place half of the sliced banana
- On the second 1/4th section of your tortilla spread half of the peanut butter using your knife
- One the third 1/4th section of your tortilla place the second half of the banana
- One the fourth 1/4th section of your tortilla spread the remaining peanut butter
- Fold each section of your tortilla over the next section and place it on the heated pan
- After 1-2 minutes on the pan use your spatula to flip the wrap and allow it to cook for another 1-2 minutes then remove from the pan and enjoy!
- Optional: drizzle the tortilla with honey and or cinnamon before folding
