Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 ½ tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1 egg white or 2 tbsp liquid egg whites
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Utensils:

  • 2 bowls
  • A small oven safe dish or ramekin
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • A spoon
  • Oven mitts

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉
  2. In one bowl mix together the rolled oats, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder
  3. In a separate bowl thoroughly combine the milk, greek yogurt, egg whites, and vanilla extract
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until well combined and then pour into the oven safe dish sprayed with non stick cooking spray
  5. Place the oven safe dish into the pre heated oven and bake for 25 minutes. The center will still be slightly wet but this is expected
  6. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes and top with a few chocolate chips or a spoonful of greek yogurt and enjoy!
