Ingredients:
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 ½ tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 2 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1 egg white or 2 tbsp liquid egg whites
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Utensils:
- 2 bowls
- A small oven safe dish or ramekin
- Nonstick cooking spray
- A spoon
- Oven mitts
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350℉
- In one bowl mix together the rolled oats, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder
- In a separate bowl thoroughly combine the milk, greek yogurt, egg whites, and vanilla extract
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until well combined and then pour into the oven safe dish sprayed with non stick cooking spray
- Place the oven safe dish into the pre heated oven and bake for 25 minutes. The center will still be slightly wet but this is expected
- Allow to cool for a couple of minutes and top with a few chocolate chips or a spoonful of greek yogurt and enjoy!
