Ingredients:
- One flour tortilla (or any tortilla of choice)
- ½ cup of hummus
- 3 cherry tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup feta cheese
- ¼ cup black olive or kalamata olives
- ¼ cup of red onion sliced
- ¼ cup sliced bell pepper
Utensils:
- Sheet pan
- Measuring tools
- Pizza cutter or knife
- Oven mitts
- Spoon
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 350℉
- Place the tortilla on your sheet pan and add the hummus to the tortilla and spread with a knife
- Evenly add the mozzarella cheese to the top of the hummus then add the vegetables
- Finally top with the feta
- Place in the preheated oven for 15 minutes
- After 15 minutes use the oven mitts to remove the pizza and add additional topping
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before cutting and eating!
