Ingredients:

  • One flour tortilla (or any tortilla of choice)
  • ½ cup of hummus
  • 3 cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup feta cheese
  • ¼ cup black olive or kalamata olives
  • ¼ cup of red onion sliced
  • ¼ cup sliced bell pepper

Utensils:

  • Sheet pan
  • Measuring tools
  • Pizza cutter or knife
  • Oven mitts
  • Spoon

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350℉
  2. Place the tortilla on your sheet pan and add the hummus to the tortilla and spread with a knife
  3. Evenly add the mozzarella cheese to the top of the hummus then add the vegetables
  4. Finally top with the feta
  5. Place in the preheated oven for 15 minutes
  6. After 15 minutes use the oven mitts to remove the pizza and add additional topping
  7. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before cutting and eating!
