Ingredients:

  • 1 english muffin
  • 1 slice of american or cheddar cheese
  • 1 english muffin
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Utensils:

  • A pan
  • A toaster
  • A spatula

Preparation:

  1. Slice your english muffin in half and toast
  2. Once your english muffin is out of the toaster add your slice of cheese to one side
  3. Heat your pan over medium/low heat and add nonstick cooking spray
  4. Cook your egg and add salt and pepper to taste
  5. Cook your bacon on the same pan as your egg or microwave it according to the package instructions
  6. To assemble the sandwich add your egg on top of the english muffin side with cheese then top the egg with your bacon slices then add your second english muffin slice and enjoy!
