Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ a banana
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Blender
  • Measuring tools

Preparation:
