Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of rolled oats
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 3 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup
  • Toppings (optional): sliced banana or strawberries

Utensils:

  • A mason jar
  • A spoon
  • Measuring tools

Preparation:

  1. Combine the milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, and maple syrup into the mason jar and stir with the spoon until combined. The peanut butter does not need to be fully mixed into this mixture.
  2. Add the rolled oats to the mason jar and stir again making sure all of the oats have been submerged in the mixture.
  3. Place the lid on the mason jar and place in the fridge overnight and enjoy!
