Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of asparagus (this is about one package)
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • ½ tsp of pepper
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan

Utensils:

  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Measuring tools
  • Baking sheet

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400℉
  2. Wash and cut the stems off of the asparagus
  3. Coat the asparagus in the olive oil, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese
  4. Place the asparagus on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese begins to brown
  5. Once the cheese has browned remove from the oven and serve as a side to your favorite main dish!
