Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup of seasoned shredded chicken, ground beef, or ground turkey
  • 2 cups of lettuce
  • ⅛ cup of black beans
  • ⅛ cup of corn
  • ¼ cup of diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup of shredded mexican blend cheese
  • 2 tbsp of salsa
  • Optional: sour cream and/or diced avocado for topping

Utensils:

  • One bowl
  • Measuring cup and utensils
  • A pan
  • A Spatula

Preparation:

  1. Place your seasoned meat of choice, corn, and black beans in a pan over medium low heat and allow to warm
  2. While the meat is warming prepare your lettuce, tomatoes and other toppings
  3. Place lettuce in a bowl then top it with your meat, corn, and bean mixture
  4. Add the rest of your toppings to the bowl and enjoy

To make this a quick and easy meal use your saved ground beef, turkey, or shredded chicken and just add your favorite taco seasoning to it!
