Ingredients:
- ¾ cup of seasoned shredded chicken, ground beef, or ground turkey
- 2 cups of lettuce
- ⅛ cup of black beans
- ⅛ cup of corn
- ¼ cup of diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup of shredded mexican blend cheese
- 2 tbsp of salsa
- Optional: sour cream and/or diced avocado for topping
Utensils:
- One bowl
- Measuring cup and utensils
- A pan
- A Spatula
Preparation:
- Place your seasoned meat of choice, corn, and black beans in a pan over medium low heat and allow to warm
- While the meat is warming prepare your lettuce, tomatoes and other toppings
- Place lettuce in a bowl then top it with your meat, corn, and bean mixture
- Add the rest of your toppings to the bowl and enjoy

To make this a quick and easy meal use your saved ground beef, turkey, or shredded chicken and just add your favorite taco seasoning to it!
