Ingredients:
- 1 can of refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- ¼ cup of pizza sauce
- 1 tsp of italian seasoning
- 8 pepperoni slices
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Utensils:
- Measuring tools
- Muffin pan
- Nonstick cooking spray
- Bowl
Preparation:
- Preheat your oven to 425℉
- Flatten each biscuit into a 3 inch circle and press into a muffin pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray
- Combine your tomato sauce and italian seasoning in a bowl and and spoon 1 tbsp into each biscuit
- Top each biscuit with one pepperoni and 1 tbsp of cheese
- Place in the oven to cook for 10-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator to enjoy later!
