Ingredients:

  • 1 can of refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • ¼ cup of pizza sauce
  • 1 tsp of italian seasoning
  • 8 pepperoni slices
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Utensils:

  • Measuring tools
  • Muffin pan
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • Bowl

Preparation:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425℉
  2. Flatten each biscuit into a 3 inch circle and press into a muffin pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray
  3. Combine your tomato sauce and italian seasoning in a bowl and and spoon 1 tbsp into each biscuit
  4. Top each biscuit with one pepperoni and 1 tbsp of cheese
  5. Place in the oven to cook for 10-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown
  6. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator to enjoy later!
