Ingredients:
- 2-3 Slices of turkey
- ½ cup of lettuce
- Sliced tomato
- ¼ cup shredded cheese of choice
- Flour tortilla (or tortilla of choice)
Utensils:
- Knife
- Stove
- Pan
- Spatula
Preparation:
- Place pan on the stove over medium heat
- Place your flour tortilla on a plate and use your knife to cut from the middle to the edge of the tortilla. This will allow you to fold the tortilla into fourths.
- On the first ¼ section of your tortilla place your turkey.
- On the second ¼ section of your tortilla place your lettuce
- One the third ¼ section of your tortilla place your tomato
- One the fourth ¼ section of your tortilla place your shredded cheese
- Fold each section of your tortilla over the next section and place it on the heated pan
- After 1-2 minutes on the pan use your spatula to flip the wrap and allow it to cook for another 1-2 minutes then remove from the pan and enjoy!
Pro Tip:
If you do not like one of the ingredients, substitute it! Add avocado instead of tomato, bell peppers instead of lettuce, or ham instead of turkey. Be creative and make it your own!
