Ingredients:
- 6 baby potatoes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp rosemary
- ½ tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Utensils:
- Baking sheet
- A pot
- A cup or mason jar
- A fork
- A small bowl
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 450℉
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add potatoes
- Combine the garlic powder, salt, rosemary, pepper, and olive oil into bowl and stir
- Allow potatoes to cook for approximately 15 minutes or until you can easily pierce them with a fork
- Drain potatoes and place them on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray
- Use the bottom of a cup or mason jar to smash the potatoes until they are flat
- Brush the potatoes with your oil and spice mixture and place in the oven for 20 minutes
- After 20 minutes change the oven setting to broil and leave the potatoes in the oven to cook for another 2-3 minutes allowing them to get extra crispy
- Once the potatoes are done boiling remove from the oven and enjoy!
