Ingredients:

  • 6 baby potatoes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • ½ tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Utensils:

  • Baking sheet
  • A pot
  • A cup or mason jar
  • A fork
  • A small bowl

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450℉
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add potatoes
  3. Combine the garlic powder, salt, rosemary, pepper, and olive oil into bowl and stir
  4. Allow potatoes to cook for approximately 15 minutes or until you can easily pierce them with a fork
  5. Drain potatoes and place them on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray
  6. Use the bottom of a cup or mason jar to smash the potatoes until they are flat
  7. Brush the potatoes with your oil and spice mixture and place in the oven for 20 minutes
  8. After 20 minutes change the oven setting to broil and leave the potatoes in the oven to cook for another 2-3 minutes allowing them to get extra crispy
  9. Once the potatoes are done boiling remove from the oven and enjoy!
