Ingredients:

  • 1 6oz salmon filet
  • 1 small lemon
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • ¼ tbsp of salt
  • ¼ tbsp of pepper
  • ¼ tbsp of dried rosemary
  • cooking spray

Utensils:

  • A sheet pan
  • A knife
  • A cutting board
  • Measuring tools

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 400℉
  2. Spray a sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray and place salmon on the sheet pan
  3. Coat your salmon in olive oil and cut your lemon in half and squeeze the juice of half your lemon over the salmon
  4. Sprinkle your salt pepper and dried rosemary evenly over the salmon filet
  5. Thinly slice the second half of your lemon and place on top of the salmon filet
  6. Place your salmon in the oven for about 10 minutes. You will know it is done when it is opaque in color and pulls apart easily with a fork.
