Ingredients:
- 1 6oz salmon filet
- 1 small lemon
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- ¼ tbsp of salt
- ¼ tbsp of pepper
- ¼ tbsp of dried rosemary
- cooking spray
Utensils:
- A sheet pan
- A knife
- A cutting board
- Measuring tools
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 400℉
- Spray a sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray and place salmon on the sheet pan
- Coat your salmon in olive oil and cut your lemon in half and squeeze the juice of half your lemon over the salmon
- Sprinkle your salt pepper and dried rosemary evenly over the salmon filet
- Thinly slice the second half of your lemon and place on top of the salmon filet
- Place your salmon in the oven for about 10 minutes. You will know it is done when it is opaque in color and pulls apart easily with a fork.
