Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup franks red hot
  • ½ cup nonfat greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese

Preparation:

  2. Place all your ingredients into bowl and stir until well combined then pour into a small ramekin
