Ingredients:

  • ½ cup chopped cauliflower
  • ½ cup chopped broccoli
  • ½ a zucchini chopped
  • ½ cup green beans chopped
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp of pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Utensils:

  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Measuring tools
  • Baking sheet
  • Bowls

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400℉
  2. Wash and chop your vegetables to their desired size
  3. In a bowl combine all the vegetables, olive oil, and seasonings and toss until the vegetables are evenly coated
  4. Place the seasoned vegetables on a baking sheet and evenly spread them out
  5. Place in the oven to bake for 15 minutes
  6. Remove from the oven and serve as a side to your favorite main dish!
