Ingredients:
- ½ cup chopped cauliflower
- ½ cup chopped broccoli
- ½ a zucchini chopped
- ½ cup green beans chopped
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp of pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Utensils:
- Knife
- Cutting board
- Measuring tools
- Baking sheet
- Bowls
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 400℉
- Wash and chop your vegetables to their desired size
- In a bowl combine all the vegetables, olive oil, and seasonings and toss until the vegetables are evenly coated
- Place the seasoned vegetables on a baking sheet and evenly spread them out
- Place in the oven to bake for 15 minutes
- Remove from the oven and serve as a side to your favorite main dish!
