Ingredients:
- 1 cup of green beans
- Non stick cooking spray
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp of pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup of bread crumbs
Utensils:
- Knife
- Cutting board
- Measuring tools
- Baking sheet
- 2 Bowls
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 400℉
- Wash and cut the ends off of the green beans
- In one bowl beat the eggs together and in a separate bowl combine the bread crumbs and seasonings
- Coat your green beans in the egg wash and then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture and place onto a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray
- Make sure the green beans are placed in an even layer so they will cook evenly and become crispy!
- Place the baking sheet in the oven for 10 minutes to cook. After 10 minutes remove the baking sheet and flip the green beans over.
- Place back into the oven for them to cook for 2-3 more minutes until they are crispy
- Remove from the oven and serve as a side to your favorite main dish!
