Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of green beans
  • Non stick cooking spray
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp of pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup of bread crumbs

Utensils:

  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Measuring tools
  • Baking sheet
  • 2 Bowls

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400℉
  2. Wash and cut the ends off of the green beans
  3. In one bowl beat the eggs together and in a separate bowl combine the bread crumbs and seasonings
  4. Coat your green beans in the egg wash and then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture and place onto a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray
  5. Make sure the green beans are placed in an even layer so they will cook evenly and become crispy!
  6. Place the baking sheet in the oven for 10 minutes to cook. After 10 minutes remove the baking sheet and flip the green beans over.
  7. Place back into the oven for them to cook for 2-3 more minutes until they are crispy
  8. Remove from the oven and serve as a side to your favorite main dish!
